Garnsey Mining Consultants Pty Ltd is committed to the Australian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information.

Return Policy

REFUND GUARANTEE
We offer a refund on the price of the product in accordance with our refund/return policy.

Upon receipt of a refund request, GMC will attempt to contact you to resolve the reason for your refund.

The user should be using the current version of the GMC Mine Scheduler software and User Manual that are available for download on the GMC web site.

The user should contact GMC as soon as the problem is identified, providing sufficient details of the problem encountered to enable the reproduction and confirmation of the problem. This notification should occur within one month (30 days) of the item being purchased. A copy of the Microsoft® Excel workbook and a written description of the problem will usually be sufficient.

The Hasp® Hardlock, the User Manual, and the disk should be returned to GMC in the event that a satisfactory resolution to the problem is not found.

Sorry, we are unable to pay post and packaging for refunds.


GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free provided you return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

URGENT ISSUES
In the event of a bug in the program or a severe usability issue being identified, the user should immediately contact Garnsey Mining Consultants Pty Ltd, providing:

  1. User Name,
  2. Company Name,
  3. Contact method (Phone number or email address), .
  4. Description of problem, sufficient for the problem to be reproduced.
  5. A copy of an Excel workbook that can reproduce the problem would be helpful
  6. Please advise which operating system, version of Excel®, and version of GMC Mine Scheduler is being used.

Upon identification of a problem, Garnsey Mining Consultants will provide the user with a 'work around' if possible, and will promptly rectify the problem.


USER FORUM
A User forum may be found on this GMC web site. Registered users may post their questions on this forum, or answer questions from other users.

The sharing of ideas, techniques, macros, and VBA type 'Add ins' is encouraged by GMC.
